Ruth joined The Gym Group as People and Development Director in October 2022 and was promoted to Chief People Officer in December 2023. Prior to joining The Gym Group, Ruth held a number of senior HR positions in leading leisure and hospitality businesses, including People Director for Zizzi Restaurants (Azzurri Group), People Director at Cote Brasserie and spent over 11 years at Whitbread in a variety of HR roles.
