Hamish Latchem

Hamish joined The Gym Group as Chief Property Officer in December 2024, to lead the property, facilities, and gym format teams. Hamish joined The Gym Group from ALDI, where he spent the previous 13 years, and was National Store Development Director.

Board skills and experience

Hamish brings valuable property and operational experience to deliver on the company’s accelerated strategic growth plans. At The Gym Group, Hamish is responsible for all property acquisition, facilities and estate management, sustainability, as well as gym format and design.
