Hamish Latchem

Hamish joined The Gym Group as Chief Property Officer in December 2024, to lead the property, facilities, and gym format teams. Hamish brings over 13 years of experience in property and operational roles, and prior to joining The Gym Group, was National Store Development Director for ALDI.

Board skills and experience

Hamish brings valuable property and operational experience to deliver on the company’s accelerated strategic growth plans. At The Gym Group, Hamish is responsible for all property acquisition, facilities and estate management, as well as gym format and design.
